Outdoor Bar Hire
As pubs, restaurants and takeaway services are re-opening around England from the 4th July we ask “how can they offer effective and practical social distancing?”
UK Government guidance and advice for the safe reopening of pubs, restaurants and takeaways can be found here – Restaurants, pubs, bars and takeaway services – Working safely during coronavirus (COVID-19) – Guidance
With all that in mind a viable solution to the issue of social distancing for pubs, restaurants and event venues with external space, for what are places designed for social intimacy, is the pop up, outdoor bars offered by companies like Ice & Lime Ltd. Closely associated with Academy Marquees and Academy Furniture Hire, Ice & Lime Ltd can quickly turn any outdoor venue or pub space into a fully adaptable, covered, secure and functional service point for those venues now scratching their heads about how to serve the required number of customers to open viably.
Combining frame marquee to maximise the outdoor space, fully functional aluminium bars and varied bar furniture, Ice & Lime mobile bar hire is the place to assist you to enable your customers and staff to feel comfortable and safe in the environment of your establishment.
Ice & Lime aluminium, optional LED bars are all equipped with plug socket points allowing cash registers and wireless payment points to be easily accessible for both bartenders and patrons. This means that, given there is internet access available, table service, contact less payment and remote ordering can be quickly set up and facilitated. In addition to this they have removable gastronome pan slots for ice, chopping boards and wipe down surfaces enabling the safety of both bartender and patron to be mitigated. They also include plenty of under counter storage or space for under counter fridges as required.
Our Rustic Bars offer a great wooden look and feel alternative to the aluminium bars fitting in with many outdoor pub gardens. With an ice well, chopping board and plenty of space for an under counter fridge these make a great outdoor drinks station with options to clamp on beer pumps or use as a cocktail station.
And finally with the advice from the Government limiting gathering to a maximum of 30 people Ice & Lime’s 1.6m bar range is the ideal mobile bar setup for that number and is available to hire today!
