Surely one of the most effective ways to add some serious “WOW” to any event is a showpiece bar. Think large branded bar at a corporate event, wooden rustic bar at a festival wedding or small contemporary bar for an intimate drinks party…or indeed whatever vibe takes your fancy. “Dry January” is almost over but for those of you still on the mocktails here’s a super simple, super tasty Virgin Mojito recipe for you!
INGREDIENTS:
– 1x tbsp sugar
– Small bunch of mint
– Juice of 3x limes
– Soda water
– Ice
METHOD:
Crush the sugar with leaves from the mint using a pestle and mortar (or a small bowl and the end of a rolling pin).
Put a handful of crushed ice into 2x highball glasses.
Divide the lime juice between the glasses with the mint mix. Top up with soda water.
Easy peasy lime squeezy!
